Ingredients:
24 ounces whole chilies
1/2 lb shredded monterey jack cheese
2 tablespoons flour
2/3 cup evaporated milk ( 5 oz)
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Rinse, remove seeds and drain chilies. alternate chilies and cheese to make 3 layers each in a buttered 9″x13″ pan.
beat eggs with flour and salt. blend in milk. pour over chilies and cheese. bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Servings: 6-8

Time preparation: 15 min.

Time total: 45 min.
