Ingredients:
2 lbs ripe strawberries, hulled
1/2 cup granulated sugar ( depending on sweetness of berries)
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 lemons, juice of
1 pinch salt

Directions:
Combine ingredients in medium saucepan over medium-low heat; stir gently until sugar dissolves and berries are soft, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool.

Servings: Serve

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 20 min.
