Ingredients:
6 -8 potatoes, cubed
1/2-3/4 lb bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
1 green peppers, chopped
1 bunch green onions, sliced
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
salt and pepper

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a disposable foil pan.
Cover with heavy duty aluminum foil and place on the grill over medium high heat.
Grill until the potatoes are tender, about 20-25 minutes.

Servings: 6-8

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 30 min.
