Ingredients:
1 (7 ounce) packages linguine
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
6 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions:
Cook linguine according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in a skillet over low heat, melt butter.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
Gradually stir in milk.
Bring to a boil; boil and stir for 2 minutes, or until thickened and remove from heat.
In a small bowl combine cheeses; toss with the lemon juice.
Add cheese mixture to sauce, stirring until cheese is melted.
Drain the linguine; add the cheese sauce and toss to coat.
