Ingredients:
2 cups hot mashed potatoes
2 tablespoons butter
2 well beaten eggs
1/2 cup milk
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Mix the ingredients together and put in a deep, buttered baking dish.
Bake about 20 minutes in a hot oven.
