Ingredients:
1/2 lb ground turkey
1 cup chopped onions
1 3/4 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 (16 ounce) cans refried beans
2 (4 ounce) cans green chilies, drained
1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
1 cup corn
1/3 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/3 cups skim milk
hot sauce
2 large eggs, litely beaten
2 large egg whites, litely beaten
red onions, slices
chopped cilantro

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Brown turkey with onion until crumbly and brown.
Remove from heat and add next 5 ingredients.
Arrange half the chilies in 11×17 baking dish& top with half the cheese.
Spoon turkey mix on top, spread evenly, leaving 1/4 inch border.
Top with corn and arrange remaining chilies over all.
Top with 1/2 cup cheese.
Combine flour, salt and milk in bowl; add hot sauce, eggs, and whites, stirring with whisk until blended.
Pour over casserole.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until set; let stand five minutes.
Garnish with onion slices and cilantro.
