Ingredients:
2 tablespoons oil
1 lb round steaks ( or similar cut)
1 granny smith apples
1/2 cup apple cider
1/2 cup celery ( chopped)
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1 can cream of celery soup
cooked rice ( enough for 5)

Directions:
Cut steak into bite sized pieces, and trim off excess fat.
Saute until no longer pink.
Drain off oil.
Add all other ingredients.
Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer at least 20 min.
Serve over rice.

Servings: 5

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 40 min.
