Ingredients:
1 cup fresh blueberries ( or frozen)
1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk ( or regular milk)
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon sugar ( or to taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup ice cubes

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in blender, starting with liquids, until smooth.
Serve in a pretty glass with a straw, garnished with 2 or 3 fresh blueberries.
