Ingredients:
1 pizza crusts ( 10 oz. if purchased)
8 -10 ounces frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 cup onions, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 cups mashed potatoes
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 small red onions, sliced into rings

Directions:
Roll pizza dough out to fit a 14 inch pizza pan or a 9×13 baking pan; press dough into greased pan making it thicker on the sides. Prick the crust all over with a fork.
Bake at 425 degrees F for 7-9 minutes until golden.
Meanwhile saute onions and spinach in butter until onion is tender; stir in potatoes,salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine the butter and garlic salt; brush over partially baked crust.
Top crust with spinach mixture; sprinkle with cheeses and top with onion rings.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 minutes more.
