Crusty Dill-Garlic Salmon

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon dill weed
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions:
Combine lemon juice, wine, olive oil and salmon fillets in a large ziploc bag; seal bag and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour, turning occasionally.
Remove salmon fillets from bag and discard marinade; place fillets in a lightly oiled baking dish; toss bread crumbs, spices, olive oil, and lemon juice together in a small bowl; spread crumb mixture evenly over top and sides of salmon, pressing lightly to hold crumbs in place.
Bake at 400F for 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
