Ingredients:
12 potatoes, made into mashed potatoes
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
2 beaten eggs

Directions:
Cook potatoes and mash.
In a saucepan cook and stir butter, cheese, milk and salt until smooth.
Stir into potatoes.
Fold into eggs.
Pour into a greased 3 quart baking dish.
Bake uncovered@ 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until puffy and golden brown.

Servings: 6-8

Time preparation: 20 min.

Time total: 60 min.
