Ingredients:
1 1/4 lbs fresh carrots, cut into 2-1/2 x 1/4 inch pieces
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup brandy
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Place carrots in an ungreased 8×8 or 9×9 pan.
Mix remaining ingredients; pour over carrots.
Cover and cook in 375 degree oven for 40 minutes or until carrots are tender.

Servings: 4

Time preparation: 30 min.

Time total: 70 min.
