Ingredients:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon hot sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon paprika
8 ears fresh corn

Directions:
Stir together first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
Grill corn, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350F to 400F) 15 to 20 minutes or until tender, turning often.
Brush hot corn with mayonnaise mixture.

Servings: 8

Time preparation: 15 min.

Time total: 35 min.
