Ingredients:
1/2 medium onions, finely chopped
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup rolled oats ( I use the qick cooking kind)
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon water
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
meatball drippings
2 cups beef broth
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
In mixing bowl, combine onion, eggs, water, oats, mustard, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Add ground beef, mix well.
Shape into 16 large meatballs.
Place in a shallow baking pan.
Bake, uncovered at 350 for 25 minutes or until no pink remains.
Remove meatballs, reserve drippings.
To make gravy, in medium saucepan combeine the meatball drippings, beef broth, prepared mustard, ground nutmeg, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper stirring until combined.
Stir in 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Cook and stir 2 minutes more.
Add gravy to meatballs and mix to combine.
