Ingredients:
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper ( cayenne)
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons snipped fresh cilantro

Directions:
Soak cocktail size wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
Combine crumbs and seasonings.
Thread chicken onto skewers.
Brush with melted butter.
Roll in crumb/seasoning mixture.
Place in single layer on baking sheet.
Bake at 400 for 10 minutes.
Stir together sour cream and cilantro and serve as a dip for the chicken.
