Ingredients:
1 lb minced lean beef
1 medium onions, finely chopped
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons caribbean jerk seasoning
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 eggs
1 stalk spring onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
On a lightly greased baking sheet mould into a long loaf shape.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Slice and serve.
