Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup of tahini
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup of lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of water
- Salt, to taste
- Optional: olive oil, cumin, paprika, parsley for topping
Instructions:
- In a food processor, add the chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, water, and salt.
- Process the ingredients until they are smooth and well combined. This may take a few minutes.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning as needed.
