Ingredients:
4 -6 peaches, halved and pitted ( each person gets 1-2 halves)
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoons cinnamon
Directions:
In a bowl toss peaches in sugar just to coat.
Allow to sit for ONE HOUR @ ROOM TEMP!
Place foil over hot grill and place peaches flesh side down.
Grill 5-8 minutes, turn and cook for 3 minutes more.
Remove and reserve any syrup.
Place each half in a small dish and add a dollop of vanilla yogurt and top cinnamon.
