Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice
1 small bananas, peeled, cut up, and frozen
1/4 cup fresh berries or 1/4 cup frozen berries
3 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
Directions:
In a blender container combine orange juice, frozen banana pieces, desired berries, and yogurt. Cover and blend until smooth.
