Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups flour
2 -2 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
butter ( for frying)
Directions:
Mix eggs, flour and salt.
Add the milk, a little at the time, and beat to a smooth and rather thin batter.
Heat the skillet, add a little butter and fry the pancakes on both sides.
Roll or stack them on a serving plate.
Serve hot, preferably with whipped cream and jam.
