Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 lbs zucchini, sliced
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons dill, fresh,chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2/3 cup yogurt, plain

Directions:
Saute onions and zucchini in olive oil over medium heat 5 minutes.
Cover and cook 2- 3 more minutes, or until tender.
Combine last 5 ingredients, pour on top.
Serve immediately.
