Ingredients:
4 cups strawberries
1 bananas
1 -2 cup skim milk
Splenda sugar substitute or other artificial sweetener
Directions:
In a blender or food processor blend the banana& strawberry until smooth.
Slowly add just enough milk to have a smooth but still thick consistency.
Add enough sweetener for your taste of sweet flavor.
Freeze.
Remove and cut into chunks.
Whip until smooth.
Cover and refreeze.
Serve with fresh fruit or on it’s own.
