Ingredients:
1 cup long-grain rice
2 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions:
Mix the ingredients together in a saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
When it turns milky, cover, turn to low and cook for 20 minutes.
