Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 teaspoons fresh rosemary, leaves only
1/2 teaspoon lemons, zest of
1 tablespoon white wine or 1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4-1/2 teaspoon crushed dried red chili peppers
1/4 lb unsalted butter, softened
salt and pepper

Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together well.
Melt to serve.
