Prawn and Rice salad

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked long-grain rice
1 cup cooked prawns, if big cut them up
mangoes, about the same amount as prawns
avocados, about the same amount as prawns
mayonnaise, to meld with
1 dash curry powder, to taste.
salt and pepper

Directions:
Mix it all together and put in a mould.
Unmoulded when ready to serve.

Servings: 4-6

Time preparation: 10 min.

Time total: 30 min.
