12 fluid ounces Guinness stout
6 fluid ounces chocolate ice cream
Directions:
Place chocolate ice cream in a British pint (20 fl. oz.) glass.
Add Guinness VERY VERY SLOWLY, taking care that it doesn’t foam over the brim.
Consume through a straw.
