Ingredients:
4 eggs
2 cups milk
2/3 cup sugar
6 tablespoons soft oleo
1/2 cup flour
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup coconut

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and beat in blender for 10 seconds.
Pour into buttered 9-inch deep pie pan.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
Makes its own crust!
