Ingredients:
1/2 lb grated carrots
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Directions:
Mix together carrots, walnuts and raisins.
Combine mayonnaise, sugar and lemon juice and stir into carrot mixture.
Chill until ready to serve.
