Ingredients:
4 large eggs
3/4 cup artificial sweetener or 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons cocoa powder

Directions:
Blend in a blender eggs and sweetener for 45 seconds.
Add other ingredients IN THE ORDER LISTED.
Blend 2 minutes.
Pour mixture into greased 9″ round pan.
Bake at 350F for 20 minutes or until skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean.
