Ingredients:
75 g unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup cream
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions:
Melt butter over moderate heat.
Add sugar, milk and cream.
Remove, add vanilla and cool.
Keep in airtight container and serve at room temperature.
