Ingredients:
1 ripe avocados
1 tablespoon rice milk or 1 tablespoon oat milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
mash avocado.
stir in with other ingredients.

use food processor.
add dash of hot sauce if desired and paprika and salt are to taste — not always 1/4 teaspoons.
makes 1/2 cup.
