Ingredients:
2 tablespoons powdered milk
2 tablespoons water
1 eggs, separated
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
Beat egg white until stiff.
Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together water and powdered milk.
Add egg yolk.
Add flour and baking soda.
Fold in egg whites.
Bake according to waffle iron directions.
