Ingredients:
1 unpeeled apples, diced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, undrained
2 cups cabbage, chopped
2 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
Directions:
In a medium sized serving bowl, mix apples with lemon juice.
Blend tog in a separate bowl, the mayo and pineapple.
Add dressing to apple mixture.
Combine with remaining ingredients.
To make it low cal, use unsweetened pineapple and low-cal mayo.
