Ingredients:
1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
1 cup soymilk
1/2 cup applesauce
Directions:
Combine the dry ingredients and mix.
Add the soya milk and applesauce.
Pour into an oiled waffle iron, and cook until golden brown.
You can turn these into pancakes by adding more liquid.
