Ingredients:
1 cup lentils
1 cup rice
2 cups water
1 large onions
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
fry onion in olive oil until golden brown.
add in lentils, rice, water and salt.
bring to boil.
turn down to low/med heat and cook for approx 20 minutes or until rice and lentils are tender.
