Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onions, diced
2 cloves garlic, diced
1 (14 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
1 (14 ounce) cans whole white beans or 1 (14 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained.
1 tablespoon olive oil
taco seasoning ( I use Old ElPaso brand)
Directions:
Sautee the onions and garlic until translucent.
Add the beef and brown it.
Add tomato sauce, taco seasoning (to taste), and beans.
Let simmer for a few minutes.
Taste, and add more taco seasoning if needed.
