Ingredients:
1/2 small onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 cup crunch peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
water
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and add water (based on how thick you would like it to be).
Cook on medium heat in sauce pan until sauce is bubbly and slightly thickened.
Serve over rice and/or vegetables.
