Ingredients:
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
salt, pepper
2 cups walnut halves
1 tablespoon peanut oil
Directions:
preheat oven to 300.
mix spices together, add walnuts, drizzle with oil.
spread out on a baking sheet, bake for 20 minutes until lightly toasted, stirring twice cool in pan for 15 minutes, then turn onto paper towels to cool completely.
