Ingredients:
2 cups raisins
3/4 cup water
1 3/4 cups quick oatmeal
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 cups sour cream
4 large egg yolks
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Cook raisins in 3/4 cup water for 5 minutes at a simmer. Cool until warm and drain.
Mix oatmeal, flour, baking soda, butter and brown sugar together.
Put 2/3 cup of the mixture in bottom of a 10 x 15 pan.
Bake 10 minutes in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven.
Mix sugar, sour cream, egg yolks, cornstarch, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and raisins together.
Cook in microwave until thick on high, for 6 minutes stirring often. Watch this as it scorches easily.
Pour over baked crust. Top with remaining crumbs.
Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown.
