Ingredients:
2 cups mini marshmallows
2 cups cooked and chilled rice
1 (8 1/4 ounce) cans crushed pineapple ( well drained)
1/2 cup maraschino cherries, halves
1/2 cup slivered almonds ( toasted)
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Combine all ingredients but the heavy cream, sugar and vanilla.
Whip the cream.
Gradually add the sugar and vanilla.
Combine the rice mixture with the whipped cream mixture.
Refrigerate to chill.
