Ingredients:
2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 small ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/2 red onions, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon oregano
2 large avocados, halved and pitted
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except avocados, in bowl.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Spoon into each avocado half and serve.
