Ingredients:
1 oranges
1 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup skim milk
Directions:
Peel and seed the orange. Place it in your blender.
Add the blueberries and milk.
Blend until smooth. This one will take a little longer then normal smoothies because of the need to break down the orange pulp.
