Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) cans salmon
3 ounces fat free cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup celery, minced
1/2 cup carrots, shredded
salt and pepper
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in bowl to mix by hand or combine using food processor.
Spread on toast, bagels, crackers, or lettuce leaves and enjoy!
