Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter
1/2-3/4 cup cocoa powder ( depending on how rich you want them)
4 tablespoons oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1 cup nuts, chopped ( I use pecans)
Directions:
Melt butter in a sauce pan on low heat. Add Cocoa and oil and remove from heat. Stir in sugar till completly mixed. Cool slightly.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing throughly after each addition.
Stir in flour, salt, vanilla and nuts and mix completly. Pour into greased 9×9 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes Cool and cut into squares.
