Ingredients:
1/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup skim milk
1 tablespoon honey, for topping
1/3 cup skim milk, for topping as well

Directions:
Mix first three ingredients together in a pot and cook until thick.
Place in a bowl and top with honey and skim milk.

Servings: 1
