Ingredients:
4 cups small new potatoes, cleaned
6 ounces extra-old white cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup sour cream ( works with lowfat)
1 red onions, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt ( or to taste)
1 teaspoon black pepper ( or to taste)
1 teaspoon paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all ingredients and cook in a casserole dish for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
