Ingredients:
4 cups water
3/4 cup cornmeal
2 teaspoons kosher salt
3 tablespoons butter
pepper
1/4 cup gorgonzola

Directions:
in 2 quart souffle dish combine water, salt,and cornmeal, cook on hi for 6 minutes stir, cover with paper towel and cook on hi for 6 minutes.
stir in butter, pepper, cheese.

Servings: 8

Time preparation: 5 min.

Time total: 17 min.
