Ingredients:
4 bananas, sliced
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon real maple syrup
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
Directions:
Place sliced bananas in a small casserole dish.
Combine butter, syrup, and lemon juice and drizzle over bananas.
Bake uncovered at 350 F for 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile, place coconut and pecans on a cookie sheet with sides and toast in oven till light brown.
Sprinkle coconut and pecans over bananas.
Serve in dessert dishes or over ice cream.
