Ingredients:
1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon fennel seeds
1/4 teaspoon onion seeds
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ginger
3 garlic cloves, sliced
4 tablespoons corn oil
1 medium onions, sliced
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken, chopped
1 sliced fresh tomatoes
1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
Directions:
Mix seeds, salt ginger and garlic in a small bowl (i usually double the ginger). Heat the oil in a preheated wok.
When oil is hot, add spices.
Add the onion to wok and stir-fry 5-7 minutes.
Add tomato and chicken to wok and cook over medium heat about 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Stir mixture over heat for a further 3-5 minutes, then garnish with coriander.
