Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups solid packed can pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 cup biscuit mix
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ginger
Directions:
In blender, combine all the ingredients; blend on low for 2 minutes.
Grease and flour a 10-inch pie plate. Pour in the filling and bake for 350 F for 45 to 50 minutes.
